Property has always been my passion,
I have over 17 years of Real Estate Experience. And have helped more than 550 Australians take their first steps in property investment to build lasting portfolios.
But my Real Estate career has been so much more than just transactions.

I have experienced this process myself and have been through it with hundreds of clients, but I’ve seen time and time again how impactful a stable and profitable portfolio can be. Helping everyday Aussies get their feet on the property ladder, minus the fear and confusion, is what I do best.

Away from Real Estate, I am a father to two gorgeous children Angelina & Levi.
I support Cancer Council NSW and South’s Cares. Giving back to the community through a cause that is very personal to me. It is an excellent opportunity to use my networking and relationship management skills for a greater purpose. It reminds me just how much value I get out of helping people. And life is way too short.
I am also an avid property investor myself and have that ‘practice what you preach’ mentality. If it isn’t good enough for me and my young family, it definitely isn’t good enough for my clients.

Over the years, a lot of clients have been driven by cash flow. Cash flow is great if you have a diversified portfolio. Because each property in your portfolio will perform differently. Some will return with stronger rental yields, and others will return with stronger capital growth. Cash flow is what enables you to hold onto your investment property long enough for it to grow.
Finding the right balance between cash flow and capital growth is very important. Only investing in positive cash flow properties won't significantly impact your life and help you work towards financial security long term.
